The Town of South Hadley, Massachusetts was “making due” with a library building that was built in 1906 (with a 1974 addition creating 8,800 square feet of usable space) and parking for only seven vehicles. From 2013 to 2014, the Town embarked on a project to build a new library building that is fully handicap accessible and that provides parking for 62 vehicles.
The Dobbert Companies led the fire protection and HVAC workstreams for the library construction project.
