Mike Dobbert
Chief Executive Officer
Mike has worked in various roles at The Dobbert Companies since he was a teenager, because his parents co-founded the business and always expected him to step into the CEO role! He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Babson College.
Kirby Lunger
Chief Operations and Marketing Officer
Kirby oversees the administrative and marketing functions for The Dobbert Companies. Previous to Dobbert, she spent 20+ years as an entrepreneur in the software, IT services, and management consulting industries, specifically in the enterprise performance management (EPM) and data analytics arenas. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Philosophy and Political Science from Yale University.
Brian Mead
Vice President of Project Management
Brian has led and managed projects at The Dobbert Companies for 15 years, and literally grew up in the plumbing and HVAC industry as part of the family-owned S&A Supply wholesale business before the business was sold in 2007. Brian has also volunteered as a Firefighter/EMT at the Great Barrington Fire Department for over 30 years.
Tracy Baker
Controller & Human Resources Director
Tracy oversees the finance, accounting, and human resources functions at The Dobbert Companies, with over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and in various finance and operations roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Williams College.

Eleanor and Tom Dobbert
Co-Founders
High school sweethearts Tom and Eleanor Dobbert founded The Dobbert Companies around the same time their son, Mike Dobbert (now CEO of the company), was born. Tom oversaw all of the day-to-day services delivery, while Eleanor directed accounting. They now provide sage advice to the “youngsters” running the company.
Jim Dobbert
Project Management Process Guru
Tom Dobbert’s brother joined The Dobbert Companies 40 years ago and helped us create the project management function and process for the company. He was responsible for organizing and delivering some of the company’s largest and most complex projects, and continues to advise our teams on how to best manage and execute a Dobbert initiative…when he’s not busy restoring vehicles (like his beloved Model T)!
