Or, The Whale is the alternate name that Herman Melville almost used for his novel about the Nantucket whaling industry, Moby Dick. Now it’s the name of one of Nantucket’s trendiest dining spots on downtown’s Main Street!
The Dobbert Companies was selected to implement and maintain the kitchen ventilation system and walk-in cooler (HVAC), as well as the fire protection solutions, for the restaurant. We also completed an entire bathroom upgrade, with new venting, waste, and copper systems.
