Staff Dormitory, Miacomet Golf Course

The Nantucket Land Bank oversees the Miacomet Golf Course, Nantucket’s only 18-hole public golf facility, and planned to construct a one-story, 3,900-square-foot seasonal employee dormitory to house up to 22 people in season in order to help ease the island’s seasonal housing crunch.  The Dobbert Companies provided and installed the fire protection system for this important new building.
