The Brotherhood of Thieves restaurant and bar is a Nantucket institution that has been in (almost) continuous operation since 1972. The heavy volume of patrons, and popularity of the business, took a toll on its building systems. The company’s team engaged The Dobbert Companies to update and maintain their fire sprinkler and kitchen ventilation systems.
